She will come in and build a custom career coaching clinic model to meet the unique needs of your organization.

She will provide a confidential resource and sounding board for individuals to discuss career development plans through:

• One-on-one Zoom sessions (50-minutes each)
• Allowing members of your organization to confide with someone outside the normal support system
• Strategizing with members to grow in their present role or to change jobs within your organization
